this idea come from my experienced of rent room history,
about 30 times i rent room house at some cities indonesia,
best good house for rent room must have only two floor,
house rent room too many floor will cause more problem,
because dress dry in the sun at upper floor top of house,
except machine to dry dress, but machine dry expensive,
after wash dress and dry it and iron it, distribute problem,
too many floor will consume more energy up down walk,
too many floor will make distribute dress more exhausted,
2 floor is good for distribute dress and more easy to get,
system distribute dress must organize per person owner,
the best is put dress in front of room of each owner dress,
second best is put dress on table each owner code name,
place dry dress at top house must have protection of rain,
must use machine wash dress, don't use hand exhausted,
the design structure rooms very important to make peace,
do not room face room because can cause conflict renter,
if can make like hotel is the best can not hear other noises,
best efficiency rooms is side by side with no face to face,
8 rooms face to right wall house, 8 rooms face to left wall,
better avoid face to face to avoid conflict minimize problem,
toilet and bath rooms put at backside of house for the best,
best efficiency room size minimal 3 x 2 meter wall concrete,
air ventilation must have large enough to cooling each room,
better each rooms have exhaust fan for fast cooling rooms,
today many use internet, add repeater internet inside rooms,
for the best competition, each room must have tv connector,
have common antenna tv at top house for all renters use tv,
and many things need to add to make renter long rent room,
